I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to sell our house in Manzanita.  It was a very stressful situation for us and I appreciate your patience and your professionalism. I was very happy with the length of time the transaction took and the eventual financial outcome.  I probably won’t ever have a reason to need a realtor in Manzanita again, but I will certainly recommend you if I ever have the opportunity.
